The International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” in Moscow will open on 4 November 2023 and will last until 12 April 2024. Khabarovsk Krai, one of the country’s aircraft-building regions, will demonstrate at its stand achievements in industry, transport and logistics, mining and processing of minerals. Much attention will be paid to the development of tourism, culture and social sphere.

The region is particularly proud of its aircraft manufacturing, so the Khabarovsk Krai’s stand will feature modern SuperJet 100 aircraft and Su-57 multifunctional fighters. The SJ-100s are produced in Komsomolsk on the Amur at the Production Centre of PJSC Yakovlev, while the combat aircraft are manufactured at the Yuri Gagarin Aviation Plant. Thanks to holographic fans, the aircraft will “float in the air”.

In its turn, the State Transport Leasing Company will present a new unmanned flying machine at the exhibition and offer to try oneself as its operator.

The UAV, which the guests of the exhibition will see, will be available for leasing. This is the R-12 cargo unmanned aerial system produced by Transport of the Future, which was developed to increase the speed of delivery of small and urgent cargo.

“The R-12 and R-30 cargo unmanned aircraft system was developed to increase the speed of delivery of small and urgent cargo. The use of these drones makes it possible to organise prompt delivery of medicines and documents to ships that are standing on the roadstead, products of daily demand to remote settlements, as well as fast delivery of pizza and other restaurant meals, bypassing the traffic jams of a large metropolis,” the Transport of the Future company said.

The mechanism of wing folding with electric drive allows to significantly increase the range of flight compared to multicopters – up to 350 kilometres. Four propeller groups are installed for vertical take-off and landing. Horizontal flight is performed by a pusher propeller. In the lower part of the R-12 fuselage there is a cargo compartment with dimensions 380×380 mm.

It will be possible to try oneself as a drone operator and fulfil a mission in virtual space at the GTLC stand using the drone simulator.
