Airlines perform regular direct flights from Russia to 36 countries, it is on these destinations you can find tickets at the most attractive prices, said Dmitry Arutyunov, general director of the tour operator “Art-Tour”.

“There are noticeably more destinations to fly to now than last summer. There are more opportunities, and people who are already tired of travelling only to Turkey or Emirates, they have more opportunities where they can fly for the same money. Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belarus, Venezuela, Vietnam, Egypt, Georgia, India, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, China, Cuba, Kuwait, Venezuela, Maldives, Mongolia, Morocco, Oman, Seychelles, Serbia, Syria, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Ethiopia,” Interfax quoted him as saying.

As Arutyunov noted, the most affordable offers to tourists should be sought just on the destinations with which Russia has direct air links. “Due to dynamic pricing, it is possible to find air tickets at favourable rates. Depending on demand, the price will be adjusted up or down,” the expert said, adding that visas are not required to visit most of these countries.

Arutyunov urged tourists not to be afraid to buy tickets on connecting flights, especially those where the transit stopover is more than a day. “Many airlines now encourage people who plan a stopover in the same Abu Dhabi or Georgia. Usually the tourist doesn’t expect anything interesting from this stopover, but then people often return there with a full-fledged trip. Such stories have already happened in Qatar, Bahrain,” he said.

According to him, connecting flights make it possible to get to many “closed” countries in Europe. “Yes, Europe has become more expensive and longer, but I see a considerable flow to France, Italy, Spain. Maybe it is not so many people, but it is a big component in terms of turnover, because people leave with great difficulty, they stay longer and spend more,” – said the head of “Art-Tour”.
