From May 1, Aeroflot opened the sale of tickets at subsidized fares for residents of the Kaliningrad region on routes from Kaliningrad to Moscow and St. Petersburg and back, the airline’s press service reported
“In accordance with the rules of the federal subsidy program in 2024 to purchase subsidized tickets on the specified directions can be citizens of the Russian Federation of any age with permanent registration in the Kaliningrad region,” said in the message.
For transportation passengers need to provide a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with a mark of registration in Kaliningrad region. For children under 14 years old – birth certificate and a certificate of registration in the Kaliningrad region.
Aeroflot specified that the sale of subsidized tickets for full-time students of higher educational institutions of the Kaliningrad region will be opened later. At present the airline is waiting for the form of a document confirming the status of a student of this region from local authorities.
Booking and issuance of discounted tickets is carried out at Aeroflot sales offices and authorized agents in the territory of the Russian Federation. In the near future, the purchase of this category of tickets will be available on the airline’s website.
