The national airline is preparing to launch retro flights – in the style of Soviet Aeroflot – in honor of its centennial, Aviatorschina reported.
They will be operated during this year beginning with the celebration of the centennial of Aeroflot (end of next week).
Flight attendants will wear Soviet Aeroflot uniforms from different decades. They will serve passengers according to a special technology close to the Soviet one.
Meals on retro flights will also be stylized for the Soviet era. For example, there will be Buratino, Duchesse, Tarkhun lemonade, sweets Vzlyotnaya and others.
Retro flights will run to different destinations. Exactly what kind – is not known yet, but for sure they will fly to Leningrad, Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod), Sochi and Vladivostok. Most of these flights will be made by Airbus A320 (RA-73753) in retro livery.
