Mikhail Mishustin has signed a Government Order of the Russian Federation appointing Dmitry Yadrov as the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency. Alexander Neradko has been relieved of this position, as reported on the government’s website.

Dmitry Yadrov was born in 1988. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation with a specialization in “Engineer for Aeronavigation Maintenance and Use of Airspace.”

He has worked in various positions in the State Corporation for Air Traffic Management in the Russian Federation.

In 2019, he joined Rosaviation, where he served as Deputy Head, coordinating the activities of the agency’s structural units in the field of air traffic management, flight operation, and development of airport infrastructure. He was also responsible for overseeing the implementation of major industry-related federal projects.

In Aeroflot, the appointment of Dmitry Yadrov as the head of Rosaviation is seen as a new impetus for the industry’s development. This opinion was expressed by Sergei Alexandrovsky, the CEO of Aeroflot, to the Rossiyskaya Gazeta newspaper.
