Concern Kalashnikov JSC has performed advance shipment of a batch of guided barrage munitions (GBM) KUB, provided for by contracts for 2024. This was reported in the press service of the concern.
“Kalashnikov products have been shipped to the customer in a volume significantly exceeding the stated plan, which was possible due to effective operational management and deep modernisation of production,” the statement said.
According to Alan Lushnikov, President of the Concern, the production of these products is increased annually. He stressed that they are in demand and regularly show their effectiveness in the combat zone, in the area of fighting in the Kursk region KUBs are actively used against enemy armoured vehicles.
The KUB is designed to hit single and group objects of armoured vehicles in the tactical depth of the enemy. Improvement of the line of guided barrage munitions is carried out due to close cooperation with the customer: modernised versions of KUB of increased combat power are currently supplied to him, the press service noted.
