United Engine Corporation is creating an after-sales service system (PPO) for the PD-14 engine to be used on MS-21 aircraft. The engines are mass-produced at ODK-Perm Motors in co-operation with ODK enterprises and will be serviced using intelligent technologies.

One of the key advantages of the new PPO system is that it will provide airlines with a fully interactive set of operational documentation, which will enable more efficient and prompt maintenance of both the engine and the aircraft as a whole. With access to interactive documentation, airlines will be able to quickly obtain the information and maintenance manuals they need, helping to reduce the time it takes to repair and troubleshoot potential problems.

A support centre is planned to be set up to provide round-the-clock service. This will be a specialised facility where experts will provide assistance and advice to airlines at any time of the day. The support centre will be equipped with modern technological equipment and infrastructure to provide fast and efficient assistance to power plant operators.

In addition, it is planned to open a network of representative offices and engine service stations, which will make it possible to promptly replace PD-14 modules when necessary. At such access points, airlines will be able to obtain not only spare parts, but also professional maintenance support.

The PD-14 engine after-sales service system will allow airlines to save time and resources, improve the efficiency of MS-21 aircraft maintenance and ensure flight safety. The introduction of innovative technologies and a wide service network will reduce the downtime of airliners, making the MS-21 operation more comfortable, trouble-free and economically attractive for carriers.
